AER hearing panels sometimes impose conditions on approvals and licences. These conditions are included in our hearing decision reports. Generally, the conditions imposed on a company are in addition to our existing requirements.
We may develop action plans to define and manage the conditions we impose. Action plans help AER staff monitor and ensure that our conditions are met. They include completion time frames and a summary of the required evidence.
