Update to Survey Plan Requirements When Applying for a Reclamation Certificate
The AER has updated Specified Enactment Direction 002: Application Submission Requirements and Guidance for Reclamation Certificates for Well Sites and Associated Facilities in response to a change in policy by Alberta Environment and Parks. Disposition holders now have the option to submit either a survey plan or a sketch that was used to apply for, amend, or renew the surface rights. The new edition of SED 002, which takes effect immediately, is available on the AER website.
