Changes to Geophysical Program Submission Forms

Effective immediately, operators must use the following revised submission forms for geophysical program processes:
- Commencement Notification to Relevant Department Authority
- Geophysical Site Condition Report for Programs on Public Lands
No requirements have changed. The forms must still be submitted using the existing process stated on each form.
We have changed these forms as part of the ongoing implementation of the Integrated Decision Approach. Questions have been added to help identify areas of higher risk and where additional oversight may be required.
