Fishing Lake Métis Settlement
The Alberta Energy Regulator (AER) will hold a public hearing of application 1890343 at the Pomeroy Inn and Suites, 4111 51 Street Vermilion, Alberta, starting on February 27, 2019, at 9:00 a.m. The hearing will be webcast at www.meetview.com/aer.
The AER issued a notice of hearing on June 21, 2018, and has received requests to participate in response to that notice. Fishing Lake Métis Settlement has been granted participatory status. All parties must be present to register at the start of the hearing.
Description of the Application
Canadian Natural Resources Limited applied under Part 4 of the Pipeline Act for approval to construct and operate a pipeline on the Fishing Lake Métis Settlement, within the Municipal District of Bonnyville, to transport fuel gas from Legal Subdivision (LSD) 2, Section 30, Township 57, Range 2, West of the 4th Meridian, to a pipeline tie-in point at LSD 03-30-057-02W4M (see map). The pipeline would be about 250 metres long, with a maximum outside diameter of 60.3 millimetres, and would transport fuel gas with no hydrogen sulphide to an existing pad site.
